To make agriculture in Japan sustainable, we need to enhance safety for both humans and the environment, as well as address challenges such as an aging population and a lack of heirs in agricultural leadership. This matter will become increasingly important in the future in terms of food security.

Reduction of greenhouse gases at production centers
The local Bayer product factory is an important hub for sustaining a stable business.
On the other hand, factory operations impose certain environmental burdens. Therefore, specifically to contribute to SDG Goal 13 which is“Simultaneous action on climate change”, we set specific goals and strive to reduce greenhouse gases.
